| Job Description |
1. Acquire customers for the territory/ region assigned for developing business. 2. Prepare a data base of all companies in the region assigned, which are potential buyers of products. 3. Based on the data make cold calls to these prospective customers with a view to promote business on behalf of Circuitronix.. 4. Learn and be well-informed with all the technical aspects of printed circuit boards and stay updated on the trends in the industry with regard to the technological and marketing developments in this sector. 5. Customer contact campaigns. 6. Periodic visits to customers, locations for making presentations and identifying key decisions makers. 7. Regularly contact the key representative of target companies to seek out opportunities for submitting quotations, executing sample orders and subsequently enable the Company to become a preferred vendor. 8. Gather market intelligence and share the information in a timely manner to further business interests. 9. Follow the developments with respect to the competition and provide feedback to the company. 10. Plan for business growth by identifying opportunities and consistently pursuing them to successful closure. 11. Prepare a sales plan and a marketing plan for the region assigned as an input to the organization’s business plan. 12. Participate in the performance appraisal process for personal and organizational growth. 13. Develop the region assigned as a profit center for the organization. 14. Familiarize with Policies and Procedures of the company.
